Find the auditorium on campus
Construction work: use the west entrance from the m2. CHUV's notice, effective from 1 July 2026, directs pedestrians travelling between the m2 station and the main hospital building to the west entrance, beside the public cafeteria and post office. Follow the temporary signs on site. CHUV states that this entrance is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The hospital address remains Rue du Bugnon 46. Once inside, stay on level BH08 and follow the signs for the auditoria:
- Scientific programme: Auditorium César Roux (A5 on CHUV's auditorium plan).
- Caretaker programme: Auditoire Mathias Mayor (A4 on CHUV's auditorium plan), also on BH08. Ask reception for directions if needed.

Map note: the individual auditorium plans identify the rooms, but their pink outdoor routes predate the construction diversion. For the walk from the m2, use the west entrance shown in CHUV's newer construction notice and follow current signs. The notice does not announce an auditorium relocation or give an end date for the diversion. Check it again before travelling.

Certificates and continuing education
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance will be sent by email after the meeting. This confirms your participation and is separate from the continuing education certificate. It should not be submitted to the Swiss veterinary authorities as proof of continuing education.
Continuing education certificate
Study directors and experimenters working in Switzerland who require a continuing education certificate must have their badge scanned at the registration desk at the beginning and end of each day they attend:
- Attending one day: scan your badge when you arrive and when you leave that day.
- Attending both days: scan your badge at the beginning and end of each day — four scans in total.
- Attending part of a day: scan your badge when you arrive and when you leave. At least three hours of attendance are required for a half-day certificate.
Please ask the registration team if you are unsure which certificate you need or when to scan your badge.
